I have over 20 years of business success culminating in me becoming the top loan originator of Residential Mortgages for America’s largest wholesale lender. As your financial advocate, it’s my job to consult with you and provide you with a roadmap, to 1.) Find the money you’ll need to buy a house and put you into a loan that makes the most sense for you and your family. 2.) I will advise you on how to increase your portfolio by acquiring more real estate in the future so you can 3.) Allow your real estate investments make money for you once you are retired so you can live the life you’ve wanted to live in your later years.

  • I’m an enabler not a facilitator.  I enable people to buy their first home but I need to enable them to know their own finances.  On how to afford it, maintain, and keep it.  A facilitator is someone that doesn’t have to know the product their selling.  They make it work and just charge a fee to facilitate the work.  An enabler gives you all the tools, teaches you how to use them, and allows you to do the work.  
  • I am a loyal and trustworthy person.  You can trust that I won’t go and expose you when we’re talking about your finances.  I advise my clients on how to solve their problems but point out to them that I can’t do it for them.  Once they are capable of solving their own problems, I step in and help them acquire money and hold on to it.  
  • My greatest reward is when I’m able to qualify someone for a loan who didn’t ever think they could get one. 
  • I want my clients to get their value out of their investment not just a cost. 
  • I love the flattery, the feeling I get, when someone mentions what I did for him or her.   I love the recognition because I don’t do it for money.  Don’t get me wrong…I get paid for what I do but I love the recognition, the acknowledgment I get when someone is so happy with what I’ve done for them.  That’s what I live for.  It vindicates who I am and what I do for people.

Family

My three children remain the loving center of my world.  Pierce and Jace are all boy and loving their sports.  Sela is expanding her interest in the creative and performing arts.  I am pleased to note that they are all happy, healthy kids with wonderful friends.
